Rizal, Philippines – WawaJVCo launched the Brigada Eskwela 2020 educational assistance program last July 28, 2020 in Rizal Province. In partnership with the office of the Governor Rebecca “Nini” Ynares and the local government units of Antipolo City, San Mateo and Rodriguez, all in the Province of Rizal, this program was a response to the Department of Education’s distance learning approach to ensure that education continues despite the the current pandemic.

To show continued support for the local community, WawaJVCo INC. donated printers, school supplies and basic PPEs to various schools in Rizal Province. The first batch was received by Kay Sakat National High School Assistant Principal, Liza Banayo, at the Kay Sakat National High School grounds in Antipolo City. The second batch was delivered last August 7, 2020 at the Ynares Center, Antipolo City. The beneficiaries for the second batch are the Casili Elementary School of Rodriguez, Rizal, Pintong Bukawe Elementary School of San Maeto, Rizal, and Calawis Elementary School of Antipolo City.
