Prime Infra-led WawaJVCo Inc. has launched a training program designed to enhance the governance and management capabilities of Dumagat indigenous people representatives in Rizal.

The training program will run in a three-part series and will be held quarterly to ensure learning continuity. Series 1, focused on Leadership Skills Development and Financial Management, was held on September 21 to 22 and September 23 to 24 for Dumagat representatives in Montalban and Antipolo, respectively.

The Dumagat IP representatives will also undergo training sessions on Organizational Development, and Sustainable Development Managemen Processes.

“What we aim to achieve is progress for all,” said Prime Infra CSR Manager Bernadette Tan. “WawaJVCo organized this training series to strengthen your skills and help improve your way of life. We hope the insights you gain from this program will bring a positive impact to your communities,” she told the participants.

WawaJVCo Inc., a Prime Infra subsidiary, is developing the Wawa Bulk Water Supply Project in Rizal.

Once completed, the Wawa Bulk Water Supply Project will deliver over 518 million Liters per day that can provide water supply to over 500,000 households in the East Zone concession area, while also helping mitigate recurring flood issues in the lower areas of Rizal Province, Marikina City and Pasig City.
