Prime Solar Solutions Corp. is a subsidiary of Prime Infrastructure Capital Inc., which will supply up to 128-megawatts (MW) of clean and renewable energy from its solar power plants under construction in Tanauan, Batangas and Maragondon, Cavite. It has a 50MW, 20-year power supply agreement with Meralco, and will supply the rest of its output to the grid, all while providing sustainable and socially relevant programs to the surrounding communities.
The Tanauan and Maragondon solar power plants are estimated to have a total annual generation capacity at 202 gigawatt hours, which is expected to power over 84,000 households and displace over 100,000 tons of coal per year.
